Terms of Business

These Terms govern the relationship between SwiftPath SEN Education and client organisations including schools, academies, and MATs.

1. Engagement

By accepting a candidate introduced by SwiftPath SEN Education, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Fees

All staffing rates will be agreed in advance and confirmed in writing.

3. Safeguarding

Clients are responsible for maintaining safe working environments and supervising agency staff appropriately.

4. Liability

SwiftPath SEN Education is not liable for actions taken by candidates once placed.

5. Data Protection

Both parties agree to comply with UK GDPR regulations.
